Finned Heat Exchanger

Finned tube heat exchangers have tubes with extended outer surface area or fins to enhance the heat transfer rate from the additional area of fins. The finned tube have fins on the outer wall of the pipe. A corrugated fin is disposed on the outer wall of the tube, and the fin is connected to the tube body in surface. Since the outer wall of the tube have wave fin on it, so that the tube body and the fin have good heat conduction performance. At the same time, the wave fin can greatly increase the heat dissipation area and improve the heat dissipation effect of the finned tube.
