Thermal Oil Heat Exchanger

The finned tube heat exchanger is a closed loop system that allows for air heating or cooling as well as thermal oil heating and/or cooling. The system works by passing air or cooling through a series of tubes that are surrounded by water or oil. The tubes are then heated or cooled by the surrounding liquid, which causes them to transfer heat energy to the ambient environment.

This technology has been used in applications such as grain drying, wood chip drying, log drying, paper drying etc.

Thermal oil heat exchangers are available in satinless steel, copper and aluminum material options.
