Thermal Oil Air Heater

For drying applications, hot air is the most efficient method. However, to create hot air we generally use a hot air generator which burns the combustion chamber directly and exchanges this heat into hot air. These hot air generators have a very short life span due to long periods of direct dry firing.

Now, with our thermal oil heaters and thermal oil hot air heat exchangers, we can solve this problem.

By heating the thermal oil, we obtain high temperature thermal conductive oil. The heat transfer oil then transports this heat transfer oil to the heating use location. By means of the thermal oil hot air exchanger, the heat from the thermal oil is transferred to the air. Finally hot air is blown out by a blower for drying.
