The Compabloc all-welded compact heat exchanger offers the most efficient, economical, compact and cleanable heat exchanger availableThe core of the Compabloc is a corrugated pile of heat 316L stainless steel or other high grade transfer platematerial. The plates are laser welded and form a compact core. This core is then enclosedand is supported by four corner beams, top and bottom headers and four side panels.These components are bolted together and can be quickly dismantled for inspection, maintenance and cleaning.Compabloc heat exchangers are suitable for liquid to liquid tasks with varying flow rates.The Compabloc can be made from virtually any material being pressed and welded, including- 316L stainless steel- Titanium- 904L stainless steel (UB6)- Inconel 600Panels and nozzles can be used unlined or lined with the same material as the plate set.
