Detachable Plate Heat Exchanger

The detachable plate heat exchanger is a kind of plate heat exchanger.

It is made of many heat exchange plates (thin metal plates stamped with corrugated grooves), sealed by sealing gaskets at certain intervals, and compressed with clamping studs. The holes at the corners form a continuous channel. The medium flows from the The inlet enters the channel and is distributed to the flow channel between the heat exchange plates. Each plate has a sealing gasket, and the positions between the plates are alternately placed. The plates are separated. Generally, the two media flow countercurrently in the channel. The heat medium transfers heat energy to the plate, and the plate transfers heat energy to the cold medium on the other side, so that the temperature of the heat medium decreases and is cooled. The medium temperature rises to get the purpose of heating.
