Double Tube Motor Cooler

The Double Tube Motor Cooler (Double Jacketed Tube Cooler) is a specially designed cooling system for applications that are sensitive to leakage of the cooling medium and require high reliability. The core design concept is to prevent leakage of the cooling medium (e.g. cooling water or oil) into the motor by means of a double physical isolation, thus avoiding contamination or damage to the host equipment.

Application Scenarios
Highly hazardous environments:
Hydrogen-cooled generators: If the cooling water leaks into the hydrogen environment, it may cause an explosion risk.
Chemical/pharmaceutical equipment: Contamination of the cooling medium may lead to uncontrolled chemical reactions or product purity.
Critical industrial equipment:
Large electric motors/generators (e.g., nuclear power, ship propulsion motors): leakage can lead to insulation failure, short circuits, and other serious malfunctions.
Precision machinery (e.g. semiconductor manufacturing equipment): even small amounts of leakage can affect process accuracy.
Long-life and maintenance-free requirements: such as deep-sea equipment, remote offshore wind power, and other scenarios where maintenance is difficult.
