At present, the most advanced glycol natural cooling system in the industry is the dynamic natural cooling system, which is a system integrating microcomputer technology, DC brushless motor technology, and electronic expansion valve technology. The system is mainly composed of an indoor unit, an outdoor dry cooler (closed cooling tower), a variable frequency water pump, and other equipment. The indoor unit is composed of a water-cooled unit and a set of natural cooling coils with natural cooling control valve. The indoor fan is DC brushless motor (EC) centrifugal fan. The mechanical compression refrigeration system uses an EC scroll compressor to accurately control the refrigerant flow, and the electronic expansion valve is used to throttle the superheat of the system. The cold water generated by the dry cooler (closed cooling tower) equipped with an EC fan enters the plate heat exchanger for heat exchange through the control of the two-way condensing pressure regulating valve. When the outdoor temperature is relatively low and reaches the set threshold, the natural cooling regulating valve is opened to cool part or all of the heat load with cold water. The mechanical compression refrigeration cycle is independent of the natural cooling cycle, so the system has a mixed mode. When the natural cooling capacity is insufficient, the EC scroll compressor can operate to meet the requirements of the unit cooling capacity. In this way, the outdoor temperature range using natural cooling is expanded, resulting in a greater energy-saving effect. The circulating water pump uses frequency conversion technology to accurately control the flow to achieve energy-saving operation. It can be seen that the system is an integrated full-frequency energy-saving system that integrates indoor terminal, outdoor heat dissipation, and indoor load control and optimizes operation strategy.
