Heat Pump Evaporator

Coil used for heating, cooling, heat pump and dehumidification. In addition to water, you can also use a variety of other heating and cooling medium, such as ethylene glycol and saline solution, hot oil and refrigerant for DX application.

The standard wall thickness is 0.020 for 5/8 “OD”, the standard  wall thickness is 0.035″ for 1 “OD . For 5/8 “tube, wall thickness thicker pipe can reach 0.065”, about one inch pipe can reach 0.134 “, depending on the materials used.

Fins

The expansion of the fin through each tube permanently connected to the pipe. All fins ring allows precise fin spacing and maximum contact between the fins

Wave fin

Wave fin structure on the fin given a surface area provides maximum heat transfer rate,

and is the use of standard fin structure.

Star fin 

Provide less air friction.When you need to lower the air friction without a significant reduction in heat transfer, the use of this model

Flat fin

Flat fin withoug ripple, which leading to a fall in the lowest air friction and the lowest fan horsepower requirements.

Coil plate is high strength, durable, heavy duty galvanized steel as a superposition of coil double flange standard. Have a special configuration is available, such as used for welding casing airtight applications.

Testing

Vrcooer’s coil standard test was conducted under the 300 psig air coil, however some may need different types of coil test parameters. With a removable head coil will be hydrostatic test to 150 psig. Higher design and testing of pressure can be used for special applications.
