Hybrid Process Cooling System

The hybrid process cooling system has no water consumption in its working process. It cools the liquid inside the pipe by flowing liquid inside the pipe and natural air outside the pipe, reducing the temperature of the liquid inside the pipe to achieve the purpose of cooling. Glycol solution is usually used as the refrigerant carrier in the dry cooler, and the solution concentration shall be selected according to the extreme temperature in winter of the project site.
The dry cooler has no compressor, low overall power consumption, a long service life of the unit, and lower initial investment than the air-cooled cold water system and water-cooled cold water system. However, it is generally installed outdoors, and the operating environment is relatively harsh. In areas with poor heat dissipation in summer, a water spray cooling system or wet curtain system should be configured to enhance heat exchange, resulting in an increase in floor area.
